Scale Drawing----Yet More Answers to Questions

If this is the first time you have visited the class blog since last week, please read this post and all others below this post as this is one of many since last Thursday.

Q1: What is the circumference of the telephone pole/light post on the parking lot?
A1. The circumference of the telephone pole/light post is 41". See an ealier post for the explanantion need to go from circumference to the diameter of the telephone pole/light post.

Q2. (From Catherine) Below the light post, how low does the shaded area go on the 207" line of S11??

A1. A cold morning trip to the school parking lot produced the following answer to this question. The shaded area actually ends prior to the side of S11 that measures 207". You have my permission to leave the shaded area beside S11 out of the drawing as it actually is included in the shaded area beside S12.

FYI: The distance from the end of the row of parking spaces (S21-S12) to the street is 54".
