Scale Drawing Telephone Pole Question

I have had a question regarding the diameter of the telephone pole/light post on the parking lot.

To find the diameter of the telephone pole/light post follow these instructions:
1. Measure the circumference of the telephone pole/light post in inches using a tape measure or string. It is best to measure the pole/post at it's base (against the blacktop). If someone who lives close to the school could do this and post your answer (in inches) as a comment to this blog, everyone will be able to use this information.

2. The formula for circumference is C = 2 x (pi) x (the radius)
THINK----you will have found the circumference when you measure the distance around the telephone pole. For example--let's say the circumference (C) of the pole is 28 inches (this is a quess---we need someone who lives close to the school to post this measurment to the blog as a comment). Then.........
C = 2 x (pi) x (radius)
28 = 2 x (3.14) x (radius)
28 = 6.28 x (radius)
28/6.28 =radius
4.46 = radius (I rounded the quotient to the neareest hundredth)
2 x (radius) = Diameter
2 x 4.46 = Diameter
8.92 in = Diameter
The Diameter is approximately 9 inches
On your scale (each square is 2 ft by 2 ft or 48 inches by 48 inches)
9 inches would be 9/48th of a square or approximately 2 tenths of the square

Below the light post, how low does the shaded area go on the 207" line of S11??

Catherine--we did not measure that section. I plan on going by the school tomorrow and I can get the measure of the requested line.

On the sketch, the dumpster is slightly tilted, do we need to make it tilted in the scale drawing? If so, what is the angle at which it is tilted?

Maher--the dumpster is placed on the space at an angle. I do not have the angles.
