As the E-learning for Educator's coordinator for the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE), I support educators across the state in online professional development programs. The West Virginia e-Learning for Educators professional development initiative is focused on high-quality teaching and student achievement. The West Virginia Department of Education and West Virginia Public Broadcasting have formed a ground breaking partnership to bring online professional development to all West Virginia educators.
I am also fortunate to have the opportunity to teach a Project Based Learning (PBL) Math Lab class Horace Mann Middle School for the 2008-2009 school year.
